At thredify.com, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us in accordance with the following policy:

1. Returns Period
Notification of your intention to return items must be made with 14 days of date of purchase. You then have 14 days from the date of notifying us to return your item(s) for a refund, due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee exchanges for like-for-like items. Items notified and/or returned after this period may not be accepted. Postage will not be refunded.

2. Conditions for Returns.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, without further signs of wear, washing, or damage.

3. How to Return Items.
Email support informing us within 14 days of date of purchase. Send the item via Royal Mail or Parcel Courier to thredify.com, 3 Whittle Close, Upper Rissington, Cheltenham, GL542GR. You will receive your refund within 5 business days of receipt of return providing the above conditions are met.
